🚴♀️ Monday Recovery Social Ride 🚴♀️
The Monday Morning Recovery Ride has been organized for those of you who give it your all over the weekend and could benefit from a zone1 ride to help flush any toxins from your muscles. The average pace will be between 1.3 and 1.8 watts/kg.
All riders are encouraged to stick with the yellow beacon.
We are stronger when we work together. Stronger riders are welcome to assist slower riders back to the pack if they fall off. This should be a fun, relaxed ride to help you get you ready for your next big effort, whether it’s a workout, race, or a climb.

The CRYO-GEN Monday Recce / Recovery Group Ride is a banded ride meaning no one gets dropped as long as you pedal. You can ride this ride at a pace of your choice.
These rides are ideal for joining in with fellow CRYO-GEN members and have a general cycle together and chat along the way with a real team feel to them.
Route: Same as WTRL TTT course

CRYO-GEN Power Tuesday Ride: Setup to allow riders to have a paced ride with friends and with like-minded friends of the Zwift community. The pace will be kept at a manageable level. please follow the leaders instructions (Yellow Beacon) and if you are struggling please shout up and allow the Sweeper train (Red Beacon) to help you back to the pack.

The CRYO-GEN Wednesday Social Ride is a keep everyone together ride (KET) meaning no one gets dropped as long as you pedal. The ride is 2w/kg average slightly raised on inclines.
These rides are ideal for joining in with fellow CRYO-GEN members and have a general cycle together and chat along the way with a real team feel to them.

The CRYO-GEN Friday Fun ride is a D paced social ride designed to allow a wide range of cyclists to join in the fun and get what they need from their Friday cycling. Pace will be around 1.8 to 2.3 w/kg on the chosen route with group efforts on any sprints or challenges the route entails. So please note this may mean short efforts above the set pace!
